RealityMine’s Manchester office has earned its certification for the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, demonstrating the company’s continued commitment to quality management in the areas of facilities, training, services and technology, as well as information security throughout business processes.
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It sets standards against the processes which create the products and services that customers buy and ensures that client expectations are met.
ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management
ISO 27001 certification demonstrates that RealityMine is dedicated to ensuring that adequate security controls are in place to protect information and data from being accessed, corrupted, lost or stolen.
The scope of the registration includes information security management and quality management for the development and provision of software products associated with digital data collection and analysis, including the project management and consultancy of customer projects from RealityMine in accordance with the statement of applicability version 002. Both certifications were gained in October 2015.
CEO Garry Partington commented, “Realitymine is continually striving to improve the processes and information security of our business, for the benefit of all interested parties; clients, panelists, employees and investors. I’m delighted that this has cumulated in successful ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, which provide a significant competitive advantage to the business.”
