New Product Provides a Daily Report of Online Product Browsing and Purchase Data for Panellists
RealityMine today announced the addition of RealLife Shopper to its product offerings.
RealLife Shopper is RealityMine’s data product that delivers deep, granular ecommerce data to provide clients with insight into the product browsing and purchasing behaviour of consumers within retailers’ websites and apps.
Launching this month, the initial release will focus on delivering insight into behaviours within Amazon’s websites and applications. Following this, additional retailers will be delivered into the reporting with a focus on large global players. Reporting will deliver data on internal search, product page views, add to basket events, purchase confirmation and basket contents, where available.
“The retail vertical continues to become increasingly competitive and with Amazon as the disruptor in chief, the demand for a deep understanding of consumer behaviours within its ecosystem has continued to grow,” commented Chris Shaw, Chief Operating Officer at RealityMine. “RealLife Shopper will deliver our clients with an easy to use feed that allows for total visibility of the key shopping actions that lead to purchase events within Amazon and additional retailers as we develop the product further.”
RealLife Shopper data is currently available for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac OS in the following markets: the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, Canada, Mexico and the Netherlands.
