RealityMine, a leading provider of mobile market research technologies and consumer analytics, today announced that it has named Brian Cooper Senior Vice President of Customer Success.
In this new position, Cooper will be responsible for developing sales and service efforts in the US, with a focus on enhancing the delivery of actionable insights to clients. He will be based in RealityMine’s newly opened Silicon Valley office.
Previously Senior Vice President and Customer Experience Practice Lead for TNS, where he was responsible for designing and overseeing research programs and maintaining client relationships, Cooper has also served as Director of Market Research for the Evans Data Corporation. In addition, he has worked with Nielsen/Netratings, where he helped build their international online panel (previously called eRatings).
“RealityMine has benefitted from exceptional growth, tripling its sales last year, and as such it was imperative that we not only leverage this momentum, but enhance our ability to provide exceptional service to our clients,” said RealityMine CEO Garry Partington. “Brian has devoted his career to building the customer experience and is unique in his ability and accomplishments for developing research programs. We are looking forward to having his knowledge benefit our growing customer base.”
With headquarters in Manchester, UK and offices in New York, Los Angeles, and now Silicon Valley, RealityMine is led by Partington and serial-entrepreneur and research expert, Rolfe Swinton. Its market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) platform enables market researchers to passively collect and analyze the digital activity of opt-in panelists across devices including mobile phones, tablets, PCs and smart TVs. The data is then used by international market research groups, brands and media, including ESPN, SMG, L’Oreal, Kantar, Ipsos and Mediacom to help them improve their understanding of consumer behavior.
