Meet the team

As Chief Executive Officer of RealityMine since 2018, Chris has overall responsibility for the performance and development of the business.

Chris was previously co-founder and CEO of Research Now, the world’s leading online survey data collection business within the market research industry, which grew from a start-up to $240m revenue during his tenure. He has also served on the boards of HomeServe plc, Rated People Ltd and is a former governor of London Business School.

Chris received his MBA with distinction from London Business School in 1999 and was awarded the AIM Entrepreneur of the Year award by the London Stock Exchange in 2009.

Shelagh works closely with the executive team to help define strategy, align resources, and execute on the company’s strategic vision. In her role as CFO, she is responsible for financial, legal and human resources. Shelagh has over 20 years’ experience as a CFO and has floated a tech company on the LSE, along with much M&A work and successful investment transactions. She especially enjoys working at RealityMine as her heart has always been in technology businesses!

Luke Biggins is the Chief Client Officer at RealityMine, where he leads the company's client strategy and relationship management. With extensive experience in client service and business development, Luke plays a key role in RealityMine delivering innovative data solutions to clients in various sectors. His expertise lies in understanding client needs, driving value, and ensuring that RealityMine’s cutting-edge technology help businesses make informed decisions.

Alex is the Senior Vice President of Data Partnerships at RealityMine and responsible for new business opportunities and strategic data collaborations. Her role focuses on assisting clients in maximising data monetisation and integrating behavioural data into their products.

Chris Shaw serves as the Chief Operating Officer at RealityMine, bringing a wealth of experience in operational strategy and business transformation. Passionate about fostering collaboration and building high-performing teams, he combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to support the growth of the organisation.

Ewan leads RealityMine’s software engineering, operations and test teams, to deliver high quality software and services for its clients. He especially enjoys working with cutting-edge technology and great people — two things Ewan believes that RealityMine has plenty of!

Graham’s role is to help set the strategy for how we use AI responsibly throughout the business to improve products, productivity and enable people to benefit from the change. As the first engineer to join the company in 2012, Graham held the role of CTO for 7 years and now focusses on how AI is adopted in the business. It’s still very much a technical role but also covers the ethics, governance and risks associated with AI.

Billy is responsible for RealityMine’s product roadmap, ensuring that it addresses the needs of our clients (old and new). He joined RealityMine in 2018 but has been working with digital behavioural data since 2011. He particularly enjoys the range of measurement and business challenges that our clients rely on RealityMine to solve.

Anthony is responsible for on-boarding RealityMine clients and leading the Client Mobilisation and Delivery Management Teams, ensuring that stakeholders get exactly what they need while guiding them throughout the process. He believes that RealityMine is a great place to work because of the fantastic, multi-skilled team and that it’s exciting working for a leading technology company.

As Head of Client Accounts, Sarah collaborates across all teams at RealityMine to deliver seamless services and align everyone towards shared goals that exceed client expectations. She values RealityMine's supportive environment, where ideas are welcomed, questions are encouraged at all levels, and collaboration is fostered in a professional and inclusive workplace.

In addition to responsibility over the day to day finance function, Will works with RealityMine’s senior management team to understand the commercial impact of business decisions and opportunities. He is also involved in helping to shape and implement the strategic direction of the business. Before joining RealityMine Will spent 12 years working in Practice primarily in financial audit and transaction services.
